Plokkfiskur Fisherman Style

What you need 
500 g haddock cooked
400 g potatoes boiled and peeled
1/2 onion finely chopped
100 ml milk
50 g butter
20 g  flour
1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper

How to
Break up the cooked fish into flakes. Break down the potatoes with your hands.
Melt butter and sauté onion over medium heat until soft. Do not allow it to brown.
Add flour to the onion, stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Add flaked fish and potatoes. Season liberally with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until heated through.

Salt and pepper to taste.
